Trivia

• This episode aired during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, a special week in celebrating and thanking 911 dispatchers.
• Code 77, which was the code that Sue used to alert Athena on the hostage situation, is an actual police code on potential ambush situations.
• Although Eddie was seen in one of the promotional photos of the episode, he did not make an appearance.
  • This was later revealed to be a promotional image for the following episode, "Eddie Begins", mistakenly released a week prior.
• A security camera shows that this episode takes place on April 13, the same date this episode aired on.
• The title of the episode is a reference to the 2009 American action thriller film, The Taking of Pelham 123.
