Synopsis

A recovering Owen becomes the prime suspect in the serial arsonist case. Meanwhile, T.K. and Carlos find themselves in a fiery situation and Tommy gets the surprise of her life.

• John Leonard Orr, was a serial arsonist in California in the 1980s, who was a former fire captain and arson investigator.
• Owen says that Billy's cancer came back five months ago, placing this episode in roughly Late April/Early May 2021.
• It is later revealed in "Spring Cleaning", episode 17 of season 3 that Charles died on April 27th 2021, which places the evening events of this episode on that date.
