Sue Blevins is a supervisor for the 911 operators at Metro Dispatch Center.

History[]

In "Fight or Flight", Sue is alarmed when Maddie's brother Buck calls to reveals her boyfriend was stabbed and that Maddie was abducted. Sue quickly realizes that her abusive ex-husband Doug Kendall had tracked her down.

In "Pinned", she is taken hostage by criminals posing as cops.

As of "The Taking of Dispatch 9-1-1", Sue and her fellow dispatchers are held captive by the burglars who assume control of the building. At one point, Athena came in the building and to prevent her from being killed, Sue subtly notified of the threat through code and lied to the burglars on sending her on another case.

During "First Responders", while enjoying a night off with her husband at the supermarket, she witnessed a kidnapping of a young woman and attempts to intervene only for the kidnapper to run her over. She is found by her husband and a security guard while trying to say the license plate but is mistaken for telling them to call for help. Sue was recognized as the dispatcher boss before she was rushed to surgery with Don staying by her side. Soon Sergeant Athena Grant-Nash, Buck, and reporter Taylor Kelly realize Sue may have been struck by the driver to silence her on the kidnapping. Their combined efforts lead to the girl being found and the assailant being arrested for the kidnapping and Sue's attempted murder. Sue later awakes and is told by Josh of how her efforts were success. She is later discharged and is happily welcomed back to work.
