Synopsis[]

After a victim of the apartment fire that changed Bobby’s life resurfaces, he searches to make amends. Driven by his need to right past wrongs, Bobby delves deep into memories of his childhood, unearthing moments from his fractured past.^[2]

The title of this episode refers to the ninth step of Alcoholics Anonymous, which is the individual working toward making amends with those who they harmed during the period of their addiction.
Bobby's parents and older brother are introduced in this episode.
- It is revealed that Bobby started drinking alcohol at a very young age because his dad gave him a glass.
- After Bobby’s father died, he took to drinking and continued his alcoholism until his adulthood.
May returns this episode after a 13 episode absence.
This is the second episode of the series where Bobby and Athena are the only two main characters that appear. The first episode is "The Devil You Know".
