History[]

Investigating an Extremist Group[]

After Owen Strand bought a bike and joined a biker gang, he leaves it when finding out their view before agent Kasey comes to his door and at first, he thought it's someone wanting to buy his bike as he now wants to sell it after realizing the biker gang is a radicalized group. However, she tells him that they'll actually need him to keep the bike and reveals she is with the FBI who are investigating his associates.

In "The New Hot Mess", she tells him that the biker's group are an extremist group planning a massive attack in Austin with bombs and that they need him to put a mic in the office of the bikers. Owen goes to the bar and manages to put the mic under the desk in the office of the leader. Then, Owen meets up with agent Kasey who tells him that he did good until they realize that he hasn't turned on the mic and she tells him that he needs to go back there. However, Owen is spotted by another member who happens to be Ty O'Brien, a cop who was searching for his nephew.

In "Cry Wolf", Rose has Owen called back to the FBI office where she tells him that O'Brien was a founding member of the Honor Dogs and can't be trusted.

In "Abandoned", Kasey has Owen wear a wire to record O'Brien confessing except they're interrupted by the biker's group who just found out they have a mole in their rank. Back at the bar, he learns that while O'Brien was a founding member, he left the group when their ideas started to become more radical and he didn't agree with it. When Turner comes up to them and starts taunting O'Brien, Owen tells him he's the "rat" and he's wearing a wire connected to the FBI, which leads to him and O'Brien being kicked out the bar. The pair meet with Kasey and her partner who are annoyed by their antics. At night, Owen is waiting for O'Brien outside of the FBI office and they exchange about how the FBI don't want them to mess with their case again before they both leave together on their bikes.

Death[]

She reappears in "This Is Not A Drill", where the FBI begins to raid the Honor Dogs’ Clubhouse and when seeing Owen present, she is annoyed and has him put under arrest. Soon after an explosion is triggered, and Kasey is caught in the resulting destruction. The 126 arrives and she is saved by Owen and put in the ambulance. She is heavily wounded and tells Owen to stay because of her fear but Owen assures her, as she takes his words in stride and allows him to call her by her first name. Despite the paramedic's best efforts, she dies. However, Owen and the FBI get her justice by arresting the bomber responsible.
