Rick Romero
Rick Romero is a character on 9-1-1 Los Angeles Police Department . He occasionally works with Athena on cases.
History [ ] Rick was Emmett Washington's partner and best friend until the latter's death. As a detective, he runs into Athena at times during missions when things appear unsolved.
After the murder weapon from Emmett's case resurfaced, Rick took on the case to bring his former partner's killer to justice, although Athena eventually does so before him.
