Natalia Dollenmeyer is a Death Doula. She is one of Buck's ex-girlfriends.

History[]

Meeting Buck[]

Natalia is first shown at a funeral when a car crashes through the Chapel in the middle of the service. She calls 9-1-1 and the 118 responds. Buck mistakes the funeral for one of the victims' twin, but it is actually for her, who is very much alive. Turns out, it was not a funeral rather a "living funeral" that Natalia helped planned. Buck takes interest in Natalia's profession. Her job is to help people accept death. Buck tells her about the lightning strike and being dead for a few minutes, which Natalia finds amazing. She asks him out to hear more of his story.

Coffee Date[]

Buck is fascinated by Natalia's job of helping people accept death and she is fan girling over his experience of death. Buck opens up about his experience to her.

Later, Buck and Eddie visit Marie's grave where the former talks about Natalia and that they just "clicked". He says he feels like Natalia understands him like no one else has and that she "sees" him.

Bar Date[]

The two are out on a date at a bar playing pool, where Buck's former co-worker and fling, Lucy Donato shows up.

Break-up[]

Buck asks Eddie if he wants to go go-karting with him, but he turns him down. He suggests Buck take Natalia, under the impression they were still together. Buck reveals they had broken up and he questions why he thought dating a death doula was a good idea. He says all Natalia wanted to talk about throughout their relationship was death and he simply got tired of it.

Personality[]

Relationships[]

Evan Buckley[]

Buck and Natalia met while the 118 were out on a call at a chapel. Natalia became fascinated with Buck's story of being dead for a few minutes due to being struck by lightning. Buck felt that Natalia actually seen him for who he is and understood him. However, they ended up breaking up because Buck got tired of all the death talk while with Natalia.
