Moira Blake is a minor character on 9-1-1.
History[]
At some point in life, Moira worked as a microbiologist at a laboratory. She was very talented and intelligent but she became ambitious and greedy to the point that no one had any respect for her and she was terminated from her job. After being terminated, she hatched a plan to get revenge and gain wealth in the progress.
She is first seen in Sick Day, where she caused an accident which resulted in the 118 and the army to be involved. The accident in the lab caused Bobby, Hen, Chimney, and Ravi to be trapped. Buck was able to escape by helping another employee, Roz to escape. After Athena arrived, they began a race of time to save Hen who suffered from a collapsed lung due to an explosion and Chimney who got infected with a virus created. During the chaos, she stole the antiviral, presumably to release the virus and use the antiviral on herself.
In Lab Rats, after creating an accident in the lab where she was terminated, she attempted to sell the antiviral to the highest pharmacy company. She stole her former colleague, Roz McLeod's vehicle and she tried to disguise herself. Athena and Buck raced through time together and got help from their fellow colleagues and friends which included Karen Wilson, Williams, and Thomas Kinard through underhanded and legal tactics. The group were able to make a profile of Moira and the group predicted Moira's, the F.B.I.'s, and the U.S. Army's moves and successfully use the antiviral to save the 118's lives but at the loss of Capt. Robert Nash's life due to the explosion damaged his air tank tube exposing him the virus and his personal choice to save his team over himself much to the sadness of the 118 and Athena. It is presumed Moira got her wish of being recognized but for her crimes, as she was shocked the gathered law enforcement was there to punished her for her crimes and she incarcerated for it.
