Lucy Donato is a former firefighter who joined Station 118 of the Los Angeles Fire Department in Season Five. In Season Six, she was transferred to the Air Support Division of the LAFD.

History[]

Lucy was born and bred in Los Angeles and is the only firefighter in a family full of cops.

Joining the 118[]

Lucy formerly worked at Station 147 and met the 118 team during a rescue. After their big rescue, Lucy hung out with the 118 at a bar to celebrate. Later on, while playing pool with Buck at the bar, they got to know each other and ended up kissing.

The next day at the firehouse, Bobby welcomed Lucy as a new firefighter to the team.

Ankle Injury[]

While playing football together on a family reunion weekend, Lucy got pushed from behind by her niece, Delilah, and broke her ankle. She was told to rest for four to six weeks by her doctor.

Switch to Air Support[]

Lucy runs into Buck at a bar while he's on a date with Natalia Dollenmeyer. Sometime between her last appearance and now, she had transferred to Air Support and is no longer a firefighter. She is there when the bridge collapses that the 118 were on while helping a pileup.

Personality[]

Lucy is very confident, fearless, and is as quick at making life or death decisions as she is at speaking her mind. Described as the "daredevil counterpart" to Buck, she is a go-getter who likes to push boundaries.

Relationships[]

Evan Buckley[]
