Lorraine Collins is a minor character on 9-1-1. She has an addiction to stealing packages off the house porches of LA, granting her the title porch pirate.

Porch Injury[]
Whilst stealing the packages, she took a fall and broke her femur. She had to call 911 as couldn't move. She became agitated when the police also arrived with the paramedics. Sargent Grant recognised her MO and identified her as a porch pirate. Lorraine confessed but reassured Athena that she didn't keep any of the packages she stone, she had a problem and was meant to go to a rehab but didn't.[1]
