Kim is a minor character from 9-1-1. She works at a clothing store and is a doppelganger of Eddie Diaz's late wife, Shannon Diaz.

She is portrayed by Devin Kelley.

History[]

Meeting Eddie[]

While out with Chris and Marisol, Eddie passes a clothing store and sees a woman who looks a lot like his late wife. Eddie later goes back to the store and the woman goes up to greet him, asking if he needs help with anything. She shows him some candles they have in the store, and Eddie flirts with her, despite having a girlfriend. The woman shows Eddie some monogram necklaces and he introduces himself. The woman then introduces herself as Kim.

Later Eddie drops Chris off at Buck's and they think he's going to meet up with Marisol. However, it turns out Eddie lied and is actually meeting with Kim for a dinner date.

Getting Eddie Closure[]

Kim is seen on a boat with Eddie, where she reveals she was an actress on a short lived television show. After a talk with Buck, Eddie tells Kim the truth about and shows her pictures of Shannon. Kim is shocked at the resemblance and is saddended about being led on. Eddie tells her his and Shannon's history.

Later Kim shows up at Eddie's, with a haircut to look exactly like Shannon. She has Eddie talk to her as if she was Shannon so he can say what he needed to say to get closure. Marisol and Christopher walk in on them and are shocked to see Kim, and Christopher questions if his mom came back.

  • She is the second character to be portrayed by Devin Kelley, after the character's doppelganger, Shannon.
