Julius Vega is a character on FOX's 9-1-1: Lone Star who is the brother in law of Tommy Vega. He debuts in the fourteenth episode of the third season and is portrayed by guest star Nathan Owens.

As a child, he was the "sunshine child" for his parents and Charles was the one who had to do everything.
Seeing Tommy[]
In "Impulse Control", Julius, Charles' brother, visits her for the twins' birthday and after an emotional moment, they share a kiss. They decide to not pursue anything but Julius stays at her house to stay in contact with his nieces. In "Spring Cleaning", they have an one night stand. Later, she tells him that this hook-up helped her realise that her memories of Charles are still intact even if she starts dating again and for that, she's thankful. Julius replies that he loves her and since she doesn't, it'd be better if he'd leave.
