United States Army Colonel John Hartman is a minor character in 9-1-1
History[]
At some point in his life, John Hartman joined the U.S. Army where he rose in the ranks to a Colonel. John appears in the episode, Sick Day where he hears about a fire in a lab and his unit is called to the scene to assist. When the truth was revealed, John had a fellow soldier arrest and detain Francis Banting for withholding key evidence. Athena and Buck seeing John is no help to them and disgusted that John was willing to sacrifice the 118 and innocent people for the greater good, they decided to take matters into their own hands.
