Jeff Pickens is a minor character on 9-1-1.Whilst with his basketball team in a hotel, a 7.1 earthquake hit trapping Jeff and his Coach inside. Jeff was later rescued by Bobby, Chimney, and Hen after suffering injuries to his leg. Four years later, Jeff would return to help Athena rescue Bobby after he was trapped by debris following a freeway collapse.
