History[]
At some point in his life, Francis worked as a microbiologist before rising in the ranks to become an owner of a lab responsible for creating cures for viruses. There he hired the following microbiologists: Moira Blake, Roz McLeod, Allen Reid, and other gifted microbiologists. In Sick Day, Francis was forced to terminate Moira when she relied on shortcuts and reckless experiments. When his lab was on fire with fellow microbiologists trapped in the building, 118 and the U.S. Army was called to the scene. Francis withheld key information from everyone until when he forced Roz to sign a NDA, Roz cooperated and told the truth to Athena and Buck and she aided them in the rescue and race of time. In Lab Rats, he is incarcerated for his crimes after 118 were rescued but at a cost of a life.
