Clive Wexler is the fiancé of Toni Wilson.
History[]
In 1978, Clive and Toni had an affair while Toni was still married to Hen's father, Byron. Clive asked Toni to run away with him, but she broke things off when she found out she was pregnant with her husband's baby.[1]
In "Past is Prologue", Clive electrocuted himself and fell while trying to work on his car. The 118 responded to the call and while Hen was checking on him, he mistook her for her mother, Toni. Clive explained to Hen that he and her mother were good friends a long time ago.
Realizing that there is history between Clive and Toni, Hen set up a surprise lunch date between them. Clive brought flowers, but the reunion was cut short when Toni left shortly after she saw him. However, the two reconciled after Hen gave Toni Clive's number and encouraged her to call him.
In "Starting Over", Clive and Toni revealed to Hen and Karen that Clive had proposed to Toni and she said yes.
