Charlie Manning is a minor character on 9-1-1. He was a victim of munchausen by proxy. His mother Sheila's abuse was discovered by firefighter Eddie Diaz after his mother was rescued from falling through a balcony. Eddie helped Charlie and his mother get medical attention after Charlie poisoned Sheila with the same eye drops she had been poisoning him with, but afterward Eddie was shot. Charlie started living with his aunt and uncle and began equestrian therapy. Buck eventually brought Eddie to see him to help Eddie realize that he had given Charlie a second chance.
