Amir Casey is a character on 9-1-1 who is a burn unit nurse.
History[]
Amir first appears when he's watching over a kidnapping victim in the hospital. He meets Maddie and they become friendly. Once the victim's baby is found, she is brought in by Bobby, whom Amir recognizes.
After seeing Bobby again, Amir attends a AA meeting that Bobby frequents. He begins to explain that he shouldn't be there as he almost lost his life in an apartment fire in Minnesota ten years ago. This same fire killed his wife, who never made it to the hospital. He shares that the person who caused the fire just walked away unscathed.
