Synopsis

Athena and Bobby set off on their honeymoon cruise, but when duty calls, their vacation is put on hold. Meanwhile, a fighter jet traps a civilian, and an unusual incident leaves a couple stuck together.

• Buck broke up with Natalia over the time gap between seasons.
• Christopher says that he no longer remembers what Shannon's voice sounded like.

Continuity

• Norman and Lola Peterson, the couple who was previously seen in "Buck, Actually" and "Careful What You Wish For" returns in this episode.
• The letter that Eddie gives to Christopher from Shannon, is the one that we see Eddie reading on the beach at the end of "Careful What You Wish For".

Cultural References

• Athena references the 1972 disaster film The Poseidon Adventure during her conversation with Frank. She also mentions actress Shelley Winters, who portrayed Belle Rosen in the film.
• Athena also mentioned that Shelley Winters was nominated for an Oscar in the best supporting actress category for her work on The Poseidon Adventure and lost. This is a reference to Angela Bassett being nominated for an Oscar in the best supporting actress category and losing against Jamie Lee Curtis.

Errors/Goofs

• When Chimney is talking to Maddie about wanting a honeymoon life, he refers to the jet that crashed into the house as an F-18 plane however earlier in the episode it was an F-16 plane.
